Meet Your New Beresford Area Chamber of Commerce
Jon Erlandson – President
Jon has lived in Beresford for nearly 20 years. He lives with his fiancé Carrie and is a father of four fantastic kids, Devin, Mike, Lia, and Jack and two grandchildren, Easton and Charlee Jo. Jon has served on the Yankton, Vermillion, Aberdeen and Sioux Falls Chambers of Commerce. He is a proud employee of Sioux Corporation for as their Business Development Manager for the last 5 years. Jon has volunteered at D.A.D.s Car Show and Burn Out Contest for the last 10 years and looks forward to another 10! Jon is excited to serve the City of Beresford and the Chamber of Commerce.
Tracie Storo – Vice President
Tracie moved into town in November 2020 but has lived in the Beresford area since 2015. She has been a Real Estate Broker Associate with RE/MAX since 2016. Previous to being in Real Estate, she was a teacher for 11 years. She graduated high school in Lennox, SD and college at the University of Sioux Falls. Tracie is actively involved with Make-A-Wish as a volunteer and Wish Granter. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Lucy.
Carrie Olson – Secretary
Carrie has been a member of the Beresford community since she graduated from Canton High School. She lives with her fiancé, Jon and has three fabulous kids, Anthony, Cody and Alicia and 1 granddaughter, Paisley (Anthony). Carrie currently works for First Dakota National Bank as teller and previously worked for Olson’s Ace Hardware for 9 years. She also has volunteered at the D.A.D.s Auto Car Show and Burn Out contest during the Beresford Old Fashioned Weekend. Carrie is looking forward to helping grow the Chamber and City of Beresford.
Joanne Paulsen – Treasurer
Joanne is a Beresford resident since 1981. She and her husband Ray have three adult children, Adam, Andrew, and Gina. She has been involved with the Chamber for 5 years, and served as the Senior Citizens Center Treasurer, Meals on Wheels Manager, Co-Founder of the Beresford Community Food Cupboard, President of the United Fund and a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary. Joanne’s favorite thing to do is volunteer.
