Laken Atwood – President
Shania Rozeboom – Vice President
Shania is your hometown girl - born and raised! After going away to college for a few years, she's wound up back to fulfill her dreams of opening her own business. Rainy Day Coffee Co. started as a coffee roasting side hustle in 2019 and has now grown into a mobile coffee truck plus a brick and mortar coffee bar downtown Beresford. She's excited to be a part of the new generation of business to grow and enhance all the features of small town living. She believes in community over competition and can't wait to bring people together with this new chamber board.
Sid Stone Kolb – Secretary
As an Executive Search Consultant, Sid is passionate about getting to know
professionals and to assist in finding those individuals their new home in the workplace.
With 10+ years of experience in the recruiting realm, Sid specializes in placing primarily
C-level to entry level professionals across the nation. Her expertise lies in the job
economies in the DC, MD, VA & WVA region and specializes in Banking, Wealth
Management and FinTech.
Sid provides a calm approach and natural approach while recruiting, while taking the
time to understand your experience and complex background. Additionally, Sid works
with a team that works in every industry in every state across the nation and is readily
available to discuss what you’re looking for in your next role.
Sid’s background in secretary work for Washington College, recruiting background and
small town background brings and advantage to the Beresford community. She is
looking forward to working hard for the community, and excited to bring more traditions
to the town with the Beresford Chamber of Commerce team.
Joanne Paulsen – Treasurer
Joanne is a Beresford resident since 1981. She and her husband Ray have three adult children, Adam, Andrew, and Gina. She has been involved with the Chamber for 5 years, and served as the Senior Citizens Center Treasurer, Meals on Wheels Manager, Co-Founder of the Beresford Community Food Cupboard, President of the United Fund and a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary. Joanne’s favorite thing to do is volunteer.
